Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between Level 1 and Level 2?
Level 1 uses a standard 120V outlet (slow charge, 8–20 km/h). Level 2 uses a dedicated 240V circuit and is 4 to 6 times faster, about 25–80 km/h depending on your vehicle.
Do I need to upgrade my panel for an EV charger?
Not always. If your panel has available capacity, we install the dedicated circuit directly. Otherwise, we upgrade the panel at the same time.
Do you install all EV charger brands?
Yes: Tesla Wall Connector, ChargePoint, Eaton, Siemens, Schneider Electric and any compatible brand. We'll advise you on the best fit for your vehicle.
Does the Hydro-Québec subsidy cover installation?
The Roulez électrique program from Hydro-Québec can cover part of installation costs. We help you prepare the subsidy application.
